There may be differences in the usage and dosage of Apixaban in different dosage forms and different specifications. Please read the specific drug instructions for use, or follow the doctor's advice. Apixaban tablets: 1. The recommended dose of this product is 2.5mg each time, taken orally twice a day, and taken with water, not affected by meals. The first medication should be taken between 12-24 hours after the operation. When deciding on the specific time to take the medication within this time window, doctors need to consider both the potential benefits of early anticoagulation to prevent VTE and the risk of bleeding after surgery. 2. For patients undergoing hip replacement surgery: The recommended course of treatment is 32 to 38 days. 3. For patients undergoing knee arthroplasty: The recommended course of treatment is 10 to 14 days. 4. If a missed dose occurs, the patient should take this product immediately, and then continue to take the drug twice a day. When the anticoagulant for injection is converted to this product, the drug interaction can be seen from the next time point of administration (and vice versa). |
